Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Tantawy, President of the New Valley University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Maher Zanqour, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Conference Chair, Prof. Dr. Nagwa Ahmed Waer, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research and Vice President of the Conference, and Prof. Dr. Asmaa Abu Zeid, Conference Rapporteur, and in the presence of deans and vice deans of faculties, professors and vice deans of the Faculty of Education and faculty members, the Faculty of Education at the New Valley University held the 17th Scientific Conference for Young Researchers under the title “Education and Human Development in the New Republic.” Prof. Dr. Nagwa Ahmed Waer, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research and Vice President of the Conference, said that the conference discusses education and the challenges of building a national character to enhance cultural identity in light of the new republic. She thanked Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Tantawy, President of the University, for his continuous support for the Young Researchers Conference, and thanked the researchers from within the university and those holding master’s and doctoral degrees from education. For her part, Prof. Dr. Asmaa Abu Zeid, Conference Rapporteur, said that cultural pluralism in light of demographic changes resulting from refugee crises Digital transformation technology and innovation and its role in improving the educational process, innovation and entrepreneurship and its role in advancing the future of the new republic for education and reshaping the arts system in the new republic. She added that the conference aims to identify the foundations for building the Egyptian character in light of the goals of the new republic to promote innovation, entrepreneurship and excellence in art, culture and education in the new republic and empower the values ​​of citizenship and belonging to highlight the repercussions and opportunities in the development of education to keep pace with modern changes and provide opportunities for youth and researchers. In his speech, Prof. Dr. Maher Zanqour, Dean of the Faculty of Education, thanked Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Tantawy, President of the New Valley University, for sponsoring and supporting the conference, which is a window for young researchers to present their ideas and artistic and cultural works to come up with recommendations and proposals that are implementable and applicable and contribute to consolidating values ​​and building the new republic. The 17th Scientific Conference for Young Researchers at the Faculty of Education is being held in partnership with the Center for Entrepreneurship and Professional Development and the Center for People with Disabilities at the New Valley University. A number of activities and artistic performances will be presented on the sidelines of the conference, in addition to honoring a number of participants in the 17th Scientific Conference for Young Researchers under the title “Education and Human Development in the New Republic.” The conference is being held under the sponsorship of Al-Hoda Contracting and Trading Companies in the New Valley.
